Hazel-Ann Willson founded LifeSparkle in 2002. Over the following decade or so it developed and changed.
For a number of years, through workshops, coaching, speaking engagements and the distribution of a monthly newsletter
she aimed to combat the general air of negativity and blame that pervaded so many lives and instead provided a compass that
set people on the path to a balanced, joyful, grateful and fulfilling life. On offer were tips and hints on
how to communicate effectively, both verbally and non-verbally; strategies for working on all areas of life; tools to
identify what people wanted and what they didn't want, and how to make their dreams come true.
In 2011 Hazel-Ann
decided to change direction. (She doesn't find the description 'retired' helpful !) Instead of offering workshops
she changed her focus to developing her creative talents and now spends her time painting, writing, dancing, and working on
her public speaking skills. She also enjoys tent camping, walking, Tai Chi, and spending time with her family.

Although Hazel-Ann has chosen to focus on her creative talents she remains a life-long and ambitious learner.
She continues to be passionate about all kinds of communication, has a great curiosity for things spiritual and reads extensively.
She endeavours to carry out regular random acts of kindness, work with the Law of Attraction, have an open heart, and interact
with the angels. She is a Master Practitioner in NLP, a certified NLP coach and a graduate of Michael Grinder's
rigorous year-long training in non-verbal intelligence and group dynamics. Her passion for effective communication is
as strong as ever. She runs a U3A German conversation group. She is also involved in intelligent horsemanship
and enjoys learning from her equine friends.
